Unattributed official English translation issued by the Riksdag Administration. No translator is named anywhere in the publication — the words 'translator', 'translated', 'English version', 'English text' and 'authentic' do not occur in its 588,186-character text layer. The named contributors (Magnus Isberg for the introduction; Ann-Charlotte Bragsjö, Judit Farago Gontier, Jenny Jonasson and Kristina Örtenhed for the 2023 update) are credited for the book, not for the law text. Swedish is the enacted language; the publication claims no legal force for the English, so quote it as the Riksdag's official English edition and not as the operative law.
